Bunions

A variety of treatments are available for bunions including padding icing, injections, therapy, or surgery.

Bunions appear as a lump on the side of the foot, usually when the big toe begins to leans inward toward the second toe, causing a change in the bone angle. Symptoms usually appear later in life and can become painful and can result in difficulty wearing shoes. Bunions are most often hereditary and can worsen when wearing shoes that crowd the toes.

Hammer Toe

When it comes to hammer toe, treatments can including padding or surgery. Hammer toe is a deformity that causes the toe to bend or curl. This can make wearing shoes very uncomfortable and walking difficult.
